This image was created by Karina Lax and Rebecca Lucy Taylor, aka Self Esteem, in the hometown of both artists - in Sheffield, UK. Through location, pose and styling, they pushed at the edges of social norms through acts of feminist rebellion. The National Portrait Gallery acquired an unsigned print in 2021. It is currently exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in Chanel Culture Fund's A Creative Constellation: Contemporary Women in the Arts.
